Lead Product Designer

• Own the design of Adyton's suite of messaging and scheduling apps for the US Air Force, Navy, and Army
• Used design research into military workflows to help the team discover risks and holes in their product strategy
• Led a successful new design strategy that overcomes these risks by making most of the app experience happen over SMS
• A headfirst dive into the military, a new information space (to me) with unique jobs and use cases

Lead Product Designer

• First full-time design hire; reported to and collaborated directly with both cofounders
• Owned the digital resident experience for America's first car-free neighborhood, from business strategy to eng-ready design specs & my own commits
• Ran strategy, research, and design on marketing & ecommerce websites (e.g. browsing and leasing apartments online)
• Expanded design beyond a screen-based practice into a strategic partner of product and leadership
• Mentored younger colleagues, who found the design education "taught [them] the most in this job".

Senior Product Designer

• Led design and co-led product for Site IQ, a modern web application for broker teams; product's value & strategy were durable enough that it is still in active use & development
• In a self-initiated project, I researched and designed CBRE Build, a new brand for tech teams within CBRE, and won approval directly from CEO Bob Sulentic
• Implemented CBRE Build branding in digital and physical spaces across CBRE, including NYC, Seattle, Texas, and India
• CBRE Build's brand was reviewed (positively!) in Brand New, proving the brand's purpose of stretching CBRE into new spaces
• Only design/eng staffer to survive an 80% staff reduction

• Collaborated directly with founders and founding engineers to own ux and ui design for Floored's flagship software products
• First design hire
• Created and implemented design of Floored brand and marketing
• Owned UI design for Floored's products, from sketch to delivery with engineers
